Not to be invaded in the sanctum of the inner woods, I build a boundless wall seemingly impenetrable, creating a cocoon of imposed isolation for the soul to be preserved in the bliss of insulation. I become a lone prisoner of my making, captive behind the wall of false sense of volatile pride. I find you disappear like mist beyond my garden, taking the fragrance of flowers I love to see blossom. I’m caught in the dichotomy web of entangled confusion, break the wall or stay secluded within the cage. When time comes to travel to the twilight horizon, the instinct of self-preservation dwindles in debris, the wall collapses with the shattered senile senses.
