Fighting For Attention
Library Science wanted her mama’s attention. Mama was way up high, but it would be worth the climb. She meowed a warning all the way up. Her mama was swinging her boot so she was careful. When she reached her lap she snuggled down and patted the pages. She was tired of mama holding books and reading all the time. Mama kept moving the pages around, so she could see better. Is it weird that Library does not want your attention unless you are reading? That was the man of the house. He wanted more attention that Library. Library shut her eyes and pretended to sleep. She was watching him though, because she never did trust him. Truthfully, why does she always climb up there when you are reading? Mama kept reading not noticing that both were fighting for attention.
