Simmering summer sauntered away on sun’s fiery rays, turning the arid pasture into a slice of fawn wasteland. In the whispering woods where the tinged trees stand, I now hear the footfall of autumn in these October days. As gold-plated leaves weave latticed splendor at autumn’s call, tawny canopy touches the sky blazing at dawn’s sunburst flare.
