Coming Or Going
COMING OR GOING I have known these 2 cats for over a year, they sit outside their house on a good day, and come to say hello to you if you are passing, in many respects they are people cats, the father has a good roam all over the estate, but; the daughter stays closer to home, everyone knows them, but; just lately they have been looking a bit gaunt, but this seems to have disappeared on the locals feeding them. The father has been visiting me at my house for the last few months, but; it's the first time I have seen the daughter cat at mine, until last night, today the father left about 11.30 am, leaving her daughter who seemed happy to just sit on the front doorstep before coming in for a nap, and now around 1.30 pm she’s away too. The mother cat doesn’t usually come across the estate until later in the afternoon, around 5.30 pm, so I am waiting until later to see if mother will come to check on her daughter, and just as I am writing this, who has returned, the daughter, ha ha ha, are these cats coming or going . . . COMING OR GOING Passers-by say yay, those cats are sure here to stay, broken heart if nay. “I’m off to get some cat litter, just in case” . . . : )
