Back Again That Cat
BACK AGAIN THAT CAT A sad tale to tell really, this father cat and his daughter are both rescue cats and do have an owner, but; the owner of the cats is getting rid of them back to the cat rescue center late September as she moving, would you believe just up the road from where she lives now, but; she has a small daughter and no longer wants the cats, the older cat you see here just followed me home one day and has popped in ever since, but; the younger cat will not follow the full way so I have to leave her to go home, the father cat here likes to spend most of his time just sitting at the front door, but; he will come in to be fed and have a kip near the front doorstep or, on my bed, but; only if you leave the front door open for him, tonight I walked him home only to be greeted by the smaller cat waiting for him, but; as I walked home they both followed, but; the younger will not come all the way, as if it seems to have its own limit as to how far it will come, I tried picking her up, but; she wasn't having it, so I let her be to go back home, the older cat seemed happy to follow me home again, sitting on the doorstep . . . So, what was tonight about, just wanting to check on her daughter, I wonder, as he seemed quite happy to follow me home again and is nicely settled on my bed now, leaving his daughter behind . . . I would love to keep both of them, but; I have the father cat who won't settle unless the front door is left open and her daughter who won't come at all, and both wanting to return to their home where they are no longer wanted, sad really . . . BACK AGAIN THAT CAT I walked him home But; he as followed me back sitting at my door Indiana Shaw . . . : (
