Now, I Am Happy
The very first time I knew he liked me, I was happy. The day I looked in his eyes, And he looked in mine, I was happy. The day he asked me out, I was happy. The day he cared of none and shout out loud, That I was his and he was mine, I was happy. The day he silently touched my hair, grabbed my waist, pulled me close, bowed down and my head raised, And kissed, I was happy. Time passed, love grew. I was still his but, now, he wasn`t only my, but of few. He changed. To me that was something new. But I still thought, I was happy. Slowly something new wasn`t there anymore, Silent rivers in my life, flooded, And pushed me at the end of sea shore. Then I realized, I stopped being happy. No one understood me back then. I was all alone, No one care. I felt hopeless and insane. But still, I had to take steps, Out of his life, Because now, This relation was toxic, Felt like, Every time I was stabbed back with knife. Today when I recall memories, I smile. With no regrets, Everything is fine. We walking on different paths, sometimes meeting, hanging out and snapping. This is what I mean to be happy. And now, I am happy.
