Madness In the Spring
I wanna cup my hands and drink of you I wanna show you all my shades of blue I am a colourful and beautiful mess I love to put on and put down any dress I am a little crazy, but just temporary I know things that are as pretty as they’re scary I am crushed with beauty when I love And I live love differently, sort of Some of the people that I met on the way decided to run But I am having fun and I don't miss no one I have some superpower I can show it while waiting for dawn, for the magic hour I am fluent in silence and I can teach you that But it has to be sometimes when I’m not mad When I don’t wear any grief, I am pretty like a spring morning My kiss can devastate your sense, take it like a warning I’m also beautiful in my anxiety And my shadows can be such a variety I’m the prettiest when I smile and laugh You wouldn’t get enough not even in a day and a half.
