Something To Share
I awoke to a voice calling me. I quickly became aware. The caller tonight was the sea. With something special to share. I walked out into the dark night. And stayed where the surf met land. The moon cast a silvery light. As I left footprints in the sand. The night was balmy, calm was the sea. The waves barely made a sound. But it is always music to me. The wonder of it, a gift I have found. The song's rhythm, gentle and slow. So relaxing, I began to sway. The waves were moving to and fro. Rolling in then dancing away. What was I supposed to hear? What was it trying to say? I knew there was nothing to fear. Until I understood, I would stay. It did not take very long, before I finally knew. The message in the beautiful song. Let nature's peace flow within you.
