One Side
I’ve got a great idea and let me stress that it’s great. Why pick and choose history to delete or debate. Let’s erase it all and have a fresh new start. No more racism or hate, no more violence at heart. Let’s burn it all down and just start from scratch. Maybe God should kill us all and start a fresh batch. Is that what we want? Is that what we need? Why keep blaming the past and ignore all the greed? Black and White, yellow and red, a purge in the streets. Would that make you happy? Would that make you complete? Come on now, the madness must stop! It’s not because of skin color and it’s not because of some cop. Statues and pictures do not bring about hate. Does a gun fire itself is this really our fate? We need to pull our heads out and stop this divide. We are all human beings, there is only one side.
