Call Me Back
You sent many signs but we failed to realise, analyse and react. You screamed but the cosmos was deaf. Had we reacted then, it would have surely raised your hope and strength. We feel guilty, we feel bad…but now, we can’t bring you back, whatever is the degree of our regret. I am sure, if you could speak today, you would also feel and say the same: I still remember 14th June was the day. Leaving my body, I decided to sail. My valid reasons, those groans in travail. People loved me, they would stand by me, if I had explained. Now, I see their love from behind the veil. I took a wrong decision in emotional upheaval. Why did I not approach them straight and avowed. Yes, I should have shouted it loud. My fans had my back. It should have clicked, before I chose this sac. My skills, my talent were such a great strength. My work was grand, it had the gliny, even if I was banned. Yes, they heard me but they could not understand. I could have, could have just called out, “Hey! Take my stand.” Those who scared me, why I failed to realise that it was their own fright. And I had a fair chance to fight. There was no harm in yelling, "My fans, hold me tight. Come on fight for my rights!” I was so intelligent; how did I make this mistake. You owned me, you loved me! Now I see my fear was fake. I could obviously sort the crap, I had such a wonderful life ahead and this was just a phase. I made a mistake. God please send me back.
