Complacency
COMPLACENCY When it comes to the coronavirus; of course it is never going to be you As you stand there coughing on the person in front of you in the queue You never once heeded the advice if feeling sick isolate yourself at home No; it’s off to the supermarket and just let that coronavirus freely roam The daft thing here; is that you made seven others in front of you dead As you got to recover, then are peacefully sleeping within your cosy bed All Supermarkets should close keeping all the stock for shoppers on-line A delivery guy; in a protective suit, mask, and gloves, would be just fine It would keep folk off the streets, &, if based on addresses would be fair Instead of greedy families, each one, all taking more than their fair share But; at the moment, all is unfair, others are hoarding stock with no care Unlike that bloke in the queue, they are so unhappy, on others to share The husband as in one queue, and, his wife and their children in another Lord forbid; if they didn’t rope in their, I don’t eat a lot old grandmother I don’t have a car as so many others and trains and buses on shutdown Deliveries to your doorstep make's for common sense, van around town All of this would help; to contain, that, horrible coronavirus deadly game Besides waiting in on your deliveries, will stop you, from going as insane Indiana Shaw . . . *0* < ---- How did that Koala get into the picture . . . : )
