I searched and soon I learned the reasons why, And it became a lesson from the sky. The “V” is for the flow of passing air, The rhythm all together flying there, The noise like an announcement in the sky-- Yes, all was there at once, and here was why: The shape they make while flying in that “V” And one who leads becomes the first of three, The rhythm sends the lead’s created air To all those who are flying with him there.
