From Iowa Farm Stock
I come from Iowa farm stock. We are healthy. Built on big feet. We do not complain. We keep going. We work in blizzards ignoring them. We walk into mud up to our crotch, to save cows. Hard work is the answer for everything. And prayer of course, daily, not just on Sundays. When my mother was a girl An efficiency expert for Iowa State University Came to their farm to give them healthy tips About how to be more efficient. There are seven children in her family. They all start their chores around four a.m. They had to wake up the efficiency expert. Soon other efficiency experts were coming to the farm. To learn how to be more efficient. Taught by seven children. My mother and her siblings. Iowa farm children who know what a farm family has to do. And do it.
