Our Breaths Are In the Hands of God
Somewhere between 12 and 20 per minute that's how many breaths we all make where do they come from? not luck or chance for the older we get it can be a cause to ache The scriptures tell us much about this God himself gives all mortals breath(Acts 17:25) Daniel spoke of our breath is in God's hand (Daniel 5: 13) all mankind's breath God holds as purely his (Job 12: 10) So God who created all things on earth giving breath to the people living upon it without receiving our breath we're nothing every minute we live and move to be fit We must recognise our thankfulness to God He gives us the ability to breathe in air God numbers our days even our final breath so seek Gods face kneeling down in prayer God doesn't owe any of us another breath it's all of His mercy and sovereign grace what would it profit us if we stopped breathing? Jesus breathed His last dying in our place (Some interesting thoughts on our breath we breathe each day realising they all come from God.)
