The Face of the Past
The face of the past I left few steps In my life unsettled Cos I got to move on Yes keep moving Was the motivation Always from the lips Of those that love me The face of the past In my young youth I sworn never to be poor Despite I grew up in such A community and that Was the ultimate motivation Every were I go I believe I was born for change Despite the few chances I see but always I remember my personal oath in life And each time I hear my love ones Say keep moving That always is a fresh power To my destiny The face of the past I keep moving I kept my light up Cos always I fall to Challenges of life And honestly I defeat some I win some I let some be And those I let be always Never let me be Their recalls keep bringing me to The face of the past
