Thinking About All the Money We Used To Spend On Dope
everything was based upon getting high, it was all we thought we had literally, we never thought we held any individual promise all we had was make shift imagination we were so lost, we never could be anything, and the world was just the world without our doing so we spent all our extra cash on drugs to get high and feel less than inferior had some magic once when I looked in your eyes and I searched for some spark So farewell so so long, I'll kiss you and you'll be gone. And all we know, and all we were ever about for all that we knew was never about anything we'd be ever sure to become. And so good bye, good bye, we just fell never knowing what could be possible listening to Captain Beefheart and acting like we were Edgar Allen Poe.
