Sunny Clouds
The rain's come down inside your soul. Months at a time and take their toll. It seems the end is coming soon. And then the angels change the tune. The fog is thick, you can't see far. You've spent your wish upon that star. The avenue is dry and clear. But you don't know which way to steer. The best that we can do sometimes. Is just sit down and write some rhymes. While others do the work of God. And try to help you not feel odd. Someday's the world is bright and fair. Other days, you sit and stare. Beyond the hope of ever finding. A glimpse of future that needs reminding. Within the moment of despair. Somehow the sun shines through the air. And brings a light you thought was gone. To help you meet another dawn. Note: This is about how in the midst of my life seemingly feeling like it was a total mess and I was feeling like I was just a mental case now. Somehow I knew that angels, (nurse's and doctors) were there to help me get back to a life where I could see the light and feel once again, hope. <3
