Favourite Flower
What happened I’m not really sure, but it happened in almost a flash, and I was left sitting alone, for some reason I had done me dash. And now I am scratching me head. Me good wife has left in a huff, so I ponder on how to get home, now she said that she’s had enough. Our marriage had gone a bit stale, there are some things we need to mend, and I agreed that we should go on, a Marriage Revival Weekend. This conference sounded appealing, for reviving a love that we had, and weeding out terrible habits, that tended to drive us both mad. The mentor had touched a raw nerve, and fault we could see on both sides. When she had finished her lecture, our revival had taken big strides. That is until after the rundown, of essentials we need in our life. We need to become more observant, when becoming a husband and wife. And after her final address, one question caused all the fuss, for it was aimed at the men, and caused a big problem for us. Her warning was aimed at importance, on knowing our partners desire, so we must relate with each other, and that’s when I fell in the fire. The question I’m asked I replied, with an answer completely insane, “Can you name your wife’s favoured flower?” Well, it’s either self-raising or plain.
