The Sky Is Falling
The Sky is Falling The bluebirds in the birdbath~ all were screeching today. I had to listen very closely  To what they had to say: "The sky is falling, tell everyone. We soon we all be smashed out!" More birds came with more news. "Worse news, the trees are falling,  too." We heard it from the Nobel Prize  Winners at the Einstein Zoo! Some in great desperation, smashed their baby eggs in sad consternation. Some in utter sadness killed their old Mother and Father birds, too. There was no hope, they just knew it. I mean, after all, who dare question the Nobel Prize Winners at the Zoo? There was, however,a group of cardinals who never listened to the Oracles at the Zoo and their doomsday news. They lived each day in God's hands in  joy, faith and Divine Protection. A lovely lady read to them from a book with golden edges~ They twirled their heads, as she read. One sat on her shoulder, with his soft face against her tresses. They knew there was a God, they lived their days in glory. The wise cardinals knew that only God will call their final ending. So, they never listened to fear stories. The cardinals had many baby birds, grand baby birds and great grand baby birds! And took care of their aging parent birds and read to them, in warm blue blankets. Right to their birdly ends. The only news in the cardinal kingdom was, and still is, since His world began:        " To God be all the glory! "                    +++
