It's daylight, but through my eyes everything is tinted with an azure gleam. Like a filter for a photograph, it seems so surreal. There are times when my mind sees through a greyscale as well. When that happens, time slows down exponentially. Nothing moves as it should. Like multiple shots in rapid succession in the camera of my memory. Jerkily, shaking, quaking.... It spazzes so erratically like it has been sped up. Perpetual night shade. Azure, navy blues, grey scale, sepia tones. Filters. A warning light mentally goes off as my mind captures another beautiful moment. Memory Almost Full</b) Almost full? How I ponder. What do I mentally have to sacrifice to keep these memories? My wedding? The birth of my child? The memory of my mother and lost loved ones? Those are memories I don't want to lose. I turn to writing, but alas. The words never come out as sharp and as crisp as the photos in my mind. It frightens me so. Losing the one thing I hold dearly. More, and more mental images. The rapid blinking never ceases. My mental display is at ninety-nine point five percent. All these pictures in my mind are precious. So slowly, I begin to remove images with me. Forgetting who I am and was. Who am I again? There are people here who know me, but I dont know me. Did I do something bad? Can it be fixed? The display now sets at sixty percent full.
