You just have to play the hand that was dealt you, If it was good, great, but too often it’s not, and that’s when we have to make do. Things happen in life that does not always give us pleasure, That is why we have a little book and in it contains answers to many of life’s treasures. Sometimes the words aren’t the words we want to hear, But the longer you follow it, the more the word becomes clear. If we let everything in life get us down and take a toll, Then our vision gets blurred and it gets harder to see or reach life’s goal. The only person that is happy then is God’s adversary, Well making him happy to me is just down right scary. So when you get down it’s alright to look off for a sec. but never turn away, Gather your thoughts then go to God and tell Him what you’ve got to say. Sometimes I’m like a stick of dynamite with a really short fuse, And believe me it is hard to control but I have that choice to choose. And if I can think for a moment without haste I can usually get it right, And it’s not me but that little voice inside me and you that is trying it’s best to lead us to the light.
