Of course it is, I stake my life on it, So, why the heck are so many people afraid to laugh, In case it might not be PC Maybe the problem is that we no longer have laughing partners, The taste of sour grapes is spoiling the atmosphere, And most jobs give us nothing to laugh about. Things are now getting quite weird, When so many are not shy, about taking selfies, Yet can not see the funny side, Maybe they need to take a walk on the sunny side. It is now quite creepy, What passes for laughter on TV? Or when comedians are live. I hope this poem can give you a good chuckle, And I don't mind the laugh being on me. As long as you realise Laughter is still infectious And may add years to your life.
