Twenty-One December 2018
Twenty-one December 2018 (Spindale, NC) By Franklin Price 12/121/2018 It's twenty-one December And there's not a drop of snow Gone all the whiteness Fallen several days ago Appearing once again the leaves That I did not yet rake Santa will be disappointed So I'll bribe him with some cake In four days he is coming I know he's flying to my house I was bad for not yet raking He's bringing presents for my spouse His flying sleigh will come around With eight deer pulling hard Rudolph the red-nosed in the lead He's flying weather guard Even though I'm growing older I still believe in Santa Claus Stories I was told when young Still makes me stop and pause I make this wish to Santa As he flies on Christmas eve Bring peace and love to everyone Before it's over and you leave
