Mistakes mire us down, or can damage our tread, Some can rupture our fuel tanks and cause lethal fires, Though a few give you time to reflect on their case, With the worst quick reaction's required if you’d place! Too much scrutiny sometimes decides what transpires Where the outcome desired at times hangs by a thread! It’s in our dark moments that friends help the most, And real friends aren’t just band-aids applied to life’s pain, Their experience often is air your wheels need, They can help you find balance when you lust for speed, Their perspective of failure can help you to gain Some assurance one loss doesn’t mean that you’re toast! The thing that is best about friends: That they’re there! They’re not trophy’s you’ve won that need dusting to shine! So already a winner do you even bleed?
