Charming She Was
Blind in one eye with the voice of a shrew Her chin came to a point, moles wildly grew From her cheeks in a manner grotesquely askew Charming she was; you just had to view Her misshapen fingers, all gnarly and bony Her neck with its dirt-covered mane, like a pony And her breath, ever reeking of stale macaroni Charming she was; you might say she was toney Her garb so macabre that it gave me a fright Her eyes bolts of lightning, turning grown men white Of a sudden, mad Zelda shot me a sensuous look So I popped the big question; "Hey, witch, can you cook?" With a sneer and a snarl, she replied in this way: "Try this brew from my cauldron; it'll make your day." The taste was a bit strange; I didn't know what to say Then I looked in the mirror ~ It had curled my toupee
