Two Rainbows
It was a sunny day for some playing, so I grabbed hold of my best friend Teddy; and we went for a long walk in the park, I had asked Daddy if it was okay. That's where I went missing that very day, a real nice man came up to me to talk; he said he had a puppy in his car, and he took my hand and we walked away. We were driving and I got very scared, I started crying for daddy real loud; the man told me "shut up" but I didn't, he stopped the car and did bad things to me. He threw me out and I lost my Teddy, put his hands on my throat till I was blank; then he dragged me into a farmers field, I looked up to see two rainbows above. My dead eyes saw those two rainbows waiting, and so I climbed up on one to Heaven; and slid down the other one- it was fun, then, an angel scooped me up in her arms. _________________________ October 23, 2018 Poetry/Verse/Two Rainbows Copyright Protected, ID 18-10770513-01 All Rights Reserved.
