Odd Valentine
February 14th, the love day People walking in couple, kissing and hugging But I am here sitting with no one by my side I hope you know what day it is Somehow a flashback is displayed inside my head Remembering the bind between you and me We never say ‘love’ but we never want to be apart The intimacy is filled with equality and respect I hope to hear some romantic words from you A candle light dinner or dancing under the moonlight Even though I never demanded on that But once is better than none Then all of a sudden I found you sitting next to me Saying that Valentine is ridiculous Ugh, I feel like I want to punch you in your face Give some black-and-blue in your right eye But you were just smiling at me, staring at my eyes Your touched my hair and gave a tender sight at me I thought I would get a kiss on the lips But kiss on my forehead is more romantic than I’ve ever thought Sitting for hours in the city park A romantic view to spend together with you You held my hand and told me to watch the sky Saying that valentine could come anytime they want How to explain romance Such an odd sensation How to explore romance It only needs sincerity and intimacy
