Jamien
I wish i could be there To watch you grow and grow I wish i could be the man The man you need to know I wish i had the courage To simply walk through the door I wish i had the power To make things as they were before Sometimes when im alone I see me and what ive done A man just like his father A father that left his son This sight shakes me to my core The foundation of what makes me me Ill nevar be like that man Ill nevar leave my seed Those words echo through my mind As i look at my current life I mean point for point i left my son And picked up another wife Becoming father to anothers kid And moving to a better house Two dogs and a picket fence Knowing not if JAMIEN had food in his mouth I want to say they took you Or he is in a better place When truth be told it was just to painful To painful to see her face Around you there's always this light And i know from where it came It came from the one that lives within you The one that gave you your name This light so bright it hurts my eyes And made tears fall from my face Shinning light on all my failures Primarely my failure to keep her safe.
