Forever Girl
There is a world; full of boys becoming men. Where barren women give it all for life, for children. Living ghosts cry out to the half hearted moon, as werewolves run from voices out of tune. Give me sugary sweet, and watch as I cry. For my love is only born to let die. Bright eyed girl lays empty, left yearning for more. Forever remembered solely as his 12 o’clock whore. Fall helpless to dreams in a world full of now. Like an arrow the heart of the gold digging cow. A vampire stalks, surviving on a world full of fear. Sallow clowns stumble laughing with breath smelling of beer. Playing games everyone is meant to lose, she gives him her all. Scared to refuse. Run teary eyed upon clouds of lead rain. Only those truly sheltered can forget all the pain. So give me sugary sweet, and watch as I cry. For my love is only born to let die.
