Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required There's a chill in the air today, yet I feel Spring is on Her way. And though Winter winds howl and blow, Daffodils will soon start to show. The icicles melt, drip by drip, escaping Winter's icy grip. And though fresh snow falls ankle-deep, crocuses awake from their sleep. The sky shows much more grey than blue; Winter is not entirely through. But I suspect it won't be long, before sweet songbirds sing their song. A sullied sun still sets early, although it isn't quite as surly. And each day's better than before, warming up just a little more. Migrating geese haven't returned yet; however, there's no need to fret. For like the Robins, they're on track, waiting for Spring to call them back.
