Set Me Free
You are always anxious that I'm incapable, I feel you watching over my shoulder, it makes me nervous and less able, never changing as I've grown older. Forcing things on me when I'm not ready, so I'm unprepared and lack composure, and therefore I'm somewhat unsteady, the pressure then makes me feel unsure. If I was left alone to do things free without you hovering all over me, while supervising every activity, you wouldn't transfer worry on to me. It has to be done your way, or I've failed perspectively, note I say perspectively, as it is seen subjectively. You explain that what doesn't need explaining, in-depth check ups follow while my energy drains, the obvious revisited while my brain's straining, you must be absolutely sure I have no brains. It eats away my enthusiasm and determination, because the control is never mine, I hope we can change the system and expectation, and you show belief that I'll do just fine.
