The Havasu of Hopes
Go, go, go ahead, Yeah, go right ahead Give me your all-in-your-head dread While I keep living…keep living… I will remember to start believing and giving This life here, I’ll keep reliving… Yeah, keep living longevity in a lifetime This tranquil time, we’ll be fine and sublime As long as we have no doubts this time But, don’t literally hold on to me… I mean that authentically…emotionally… The words I say leave me speechless sometimes The silence I hear is a sway of a thousand chimes Help us, our gracious Lord Give us Your accord Give us the Havasu of hopes Don’t give us ripped-up, ragged ropes We're not wrecked-up We're not giving up Blessed bliss and happiness and gladness – We will truly feel and experience real soon As all the sadness, madness and distress Will disappear like a wandering balloon You give and I receive and vise versa You learn from your past Also, there’s no need to grieve – nah-ah Lament and pain don’t last Kissing the rain goodbye Embracing sunshine rays…rays… Oh, how I could live or die In this heat in Havasu these days I’m dancing in the wind freely With wild and wavy hair, let them stare Be kind and don’t judge me I’m trying to live life without a care Longing to live in liberty Like a desert bird, out of a monsoon Fired up in passion, baby Instead of feeding fury's fire way too soon The moon and the sun, I’ve seen them shine triumphantly In the fiery sky, just having fun While I lay down with AC on…can’t blame me! The shimmering sun rays These delightful, dorky days Gives me the goosebumps in a good way Gives me good feelings from day to day Couldn’t sleep all night Because of my blasted tablet But, with all of my might, I will bite the bullet I bet, I bet I was more than happy To leave LA, well, honestly I embrace endurance to fight my fears away Gotta get out of my comfort zone in some bizarre way! Lake Havasu City, Arizona is different from Los Angeles, California, Even though they have their similarities – yeah, yeah, stating the obvious Destined to be deserted by the fast-paced world… I’m not in awe Letting go of worries in the hot breeze – at least I’m not completely oblivious All I got to say is I feel better here in Arizona Than in California Can’t lie more or less I know people will scoff “a-ha” Ayo (come on, never lay low and let them all know, ya know?), Let’s go (after dawn, as soon as shadows spin into a suave halo) Engulf ourselves eagerly in a tiny bit of sunshine rays to add a little sunshine your way Living longevity in a lifetime goes a long way these dark days, that’s what I started to say Dazzling days like these – ayo (hey you) – where'd you go? With the flow? Well, at least I know I will stay in Arizona or go to Iowa – who knows, you know? Let’s blow (oh, ayo…let’s go – we have a lot of shamelessness to show) Away our woe…(glimmer aglow, hang your hopes high and onwards, we go) I’ll make sure to put on the AC – Or heat will weigh us down in a jiffy – If I remain here in LHC (in Lake Havasu City for a while, feeling free) Here, my heavy heart will always be… A slow-paced life I've sought to see… No more sorrow that churns like the stormy sea of lost ecstasy It’s okay, there’s today and tomorrow to sail smoothly possibly Yesterday is but a moment and left us blind Live no longer in captivity Accept it in mind and all and throw it behind The wind of really rapid whirling got me soaring and spinning And, ah, astonished by extremely warm, awesome twirling… Live for the life of longevity It will lead to tranquility… An upcoming opportunity ~ I saw the year 2007 on the wall on a school ground That was eleven years ago – was in LA, now in Lake Havasu I was long lost, bound to not be found like a hound In the prairies of pain and pangs of shame that had me so speechless too
