Tribute To Garissa Massacre Victims
On your way to hell, you entered Garissa Universit Keenly you took time, carefully shooting them With a myriad of bullets, tearing what you thought Were built of woods, hits sponges rocks or bricks In Masinde Muliro stadium, waiting singing the dirges For demolished bodies to come, each in personal vehicles Soon a motorcade arrived, even the birds around Woke up to sob some, for their nests in ashes On your way to heaven, greet the victims of Garissa University massacre, tell them so The world behind them, still insecure not serious For the gun men come, to shoot kill and go On your way to heaven, pass through hell Hug Sir Seseseko and, Shake Amini’s hand To them tell this, their colleagues aren’t well For vicious endeavors, and malice here end On your way to heaven, tell the Garissa University Victims of brute malice, sorcery and armored scorn Sufferers of insecurity, butchery and impunity Vicious bitter injustice, still reigns the human At last I sing a song, a song of freedom A song of smile and, sing a song of hope For on your way of brute, and peaceful boredom You fell in an endless peace, yo’ pieces resting home
