Hold On
At times I think my sanity is in question. Does anyone else feel that way? I stumble around, losing direction, not knowing what to do or say. Life isn't easy, I don't expect it to be. But the burden can be too much. I feel that fate is out to get me, and everything is way out of touch. I look around for something to hold on to, until I can stop spinning around. What it could be, I have not a clue. So I give up the search and prepare to hit the ground. I feel myself spiralling down and recall an old song, "She's Come Undone". I feel that I am tied up and bound, or all that I want to do is run. It is that I don't know what to do, when my surroundings close in on me. I try to hang on till it is through, And let it be what it will be. Maybe in time when I am stronger, I can stand my ground and fight I don't want to feel trapped any longer, I will grab life and hold on tight.
