Future Learning Stops the Hurting
If I had a time machine I'd erase the things I've seen Going back in time I would Do the things I never could Learning from my past would be Changing my whole history A girl too scared to realize My families love was a disguise Wrapped up in false lies and faith Now I can see all the hate That was brought into the years And all of the hurt stained tears It would be a whole lot better As a warm and cozy sweater Of love wraps me in the arms Of parents who's hugs are warm Not ones in a house of hate Knowing it was not too late To get help by saying something Magically it would then bring Me out of a hurtful family To ones who's love was meant for me Thinking back I would have changed The way it was and re-arranged Everything that went so bad Going from sorrow to glad
