Exactly What To Do
I am lost here In my own mind Facing my fears My soul is what I hope to find My heart is what I no longer want to hide Drowning in my memories of you I pray to God to give me a clue Of exactly what to do Sink or swim Some days can be so grim Can't pull out of my own darkness I need your strength, your touch, your caress And until I tell you everything I'll get very little rest Fantasy is mostly what gets me through When my reality becomes clear once again I'm left feeling blue My mind always wonders right back to you I know I ca't keep going like this Need my life filled with more bliss Yet I ca't get past What I feel for you Damn all this came at me fast Our love was meant to be and it was meant to last Even though all the years Of no contact have passed My tears for you are not going to stop Nor are they wasted I hope soon it'll be you I'm facing And holding so tight Never again to let you out of my sight With myself I've been putting up one hell of a fight Still not sure exactly what to do But whatever it is I need to face it with you
