Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required It's the "You Name My Poem" event, And just how does that work? I hear doubt! I'm not sure that I know what to say... Are you open to "what's coming next?" I'm not saying one title's Love's rent, Or that demons that plague you will rout, Or worth friend that's quite good in the hay, But your words might just headline my text, Which is just what a title should do, Though it could be a hint of a joke, Or an Easter egg all on its own, Or some color that carries a spark! A slim pen might this dragon subdue. No one sees, tell me how you could choke? There's no need to be sad or alone I won't judge! Might your heart ride this ark? Brian Johnston May 4, 2018 Poet's notes: Want to help me name this unusual poem? I will accept submissions until the end of May 2018. Those who submit a title can then vote on their favorite! Ha! Just post your suggested title following this poem in a comment! ?? Suggesting a title gives you the right to vote on the best title when the contest ends. Alternate last stanza: A slim pen might this dragon subdue. There's no pressure so how could you choke? There's no need to be sad or alone Might your muse's soul ride poem's ark? Here are two title possibilities that I've thought up already... "To be Continued" "An Invitation to Dance" Want to play? Please join me in this fun! :-)
