Grossmamma Goes To Heaven
Grossmamma Goes to Heaven Dedicated to Aunt Helen, With Love You sat with her and fed her one last earthly meal The presence of her angels in that room was real. You spoke with her and told her that it was time to go That Jesus Christ was waiting where heavenly rivers flow. Her life on earth was lengthy and filled with so much love; Now it was time to meet her Maker in her Home above. You told her that you loved her; she was the world’s best mom. Her earthly vessel was broken, she was ready for Heaven’s balm. So many loved ones waiting, at Heaven’s open door Her husband, three daughters, parents—so many, many more. She smiled at you and closed her eyes, then she went away. And even though you miss her, you’d not ask her to stay. When Grossmamma went to heaven, the party knew now end Up there, they’re still rejoicing--she was Jesus’ special friend April 24, 2018 D H Loewen All Rights Reserved Dedicated to Aunt Helen, With Love You sat with her and fed her one last earthly meal The presence of her angels in that room was real.
