Mom
Every day I Think about you I wish you Could of stayed In the spring as I Step out side And the bird begin to sing It made me think about our pretty Flower beds But first you made a little Lettuce patch You just dug up some dirt in the grass. I wish you Could Of stayed When a old time song Start playing On the radio In my car. I never gave it much thought How you may not be here tomorrow. I wish you You could of stayed As summer get a lot warmer And I know how you Love going to buy a Ice cream cone Butter pecan was your pick I can still see you sitting In my car back seat Just enjoying it with Every lick. I wish you Could of stayed. I can still hear you Voice calling out Every time I leave the house Remember Becaurful While your driving your car And there evil people Walking on the streets Now listen to what I said In today paper that What I read. I wish you Could of stayed. Can you smell that fresh Baked bread You know you made the Best biscuits I had Ever had. I such you Could Of stayed
