Thugging For Peace, Part I
Max Clayborn head there was a walkout coming, being orchestrated by his high school, they proclaimed they were fighting gun violence, but to Max they just sounded like fools. They said nobody was allowed to stay inside, so Max went out and diddled on his phone, he had no time for adults who lied to him, no desire to hear them all bitch and moan. Afterwards there was a full assembly, where they demonized all who owned guns, at the end they asked for the student’s concerns, saying,”We want to hear your voice. Any one?” Max raised his hand and climbed up to the stage, went up to the mic and cleared his throat: ”I must speak honestly, ’cause after today, I‘ve lost all traces of respect for you folk. “You say you want to stop gun violence, but all that you’ve done here today is rag on good people practicing their rights, your goal here was to indoctrinate! A teacher’s job is to educate students, not brainwash them with political crap, you take advantage of a captive audience who you can fail if they dare to fight back. “Have you said a single word on why some freely choose to own a firearm at all? An honest educator would at least do that, you clearly don’t have those kind of balls. Expel me if you want, I no longer care, but after seeing this farce transpire, I can truthfully say, teachers and staff, every single one of you should be fired!” With that Max paced off that high school stage, his words unleashing a chaotic uproar, he paid no heed to the students and staff, just walked coolly to the auditorium door. There three white knights who ran in a clique leapt up to bar Max’s open way, they cried,”You fascist! We’re gonna pound you for all of the hateful things that you say!” But nearby the school’s security guard tapped knowingly at his can of mace, the three thugs back down, growling at Max, “Better be careful when you leave this place.” Max just grinned, proudly flipped them all off, and strode out into the afternoon sun, got into his beater and drove to his home, not regretting a single thing that he’d done. But as he walked in another car pulled up, out poured the very same trio of thugs, they burst through the door, smashing it in, shattering splinters and glass on the rug. Max turned to see them, sneered at the sight, said,”I see you’ve found a way to get in. Breaking-and-entering, that’s really smart, I hope you all enjoy your time in prison...” CONCLUDES IN PART II
