Two Wedding Rings

Shiri was 12 years old. His father was wealthy business man. Farhad was 18 years old. His father was not too rich similar to Shiri's father.

Both of them were used to play toghter. They were two butterflies who used to fly from forest to forest, from river to river, from mountain to mountain, from stream to stream. They were also two flowers on the same tree. They could't pass a single day without meeting with one another. They did fall in love with each other. But their family didn't know that what was happening between them.

Thus 6 more years had passed. Shiri was 18 years old then. And Farhad was 22 years old. It's a perfect timing for them getting married.

But Farhad was still studying. He needed more 6 years to finish his study. There was one more problem Shiri's father was not interested to give her daughter to Farhad's hand. Because he was unemployed.

After six years Farhad had finished his study. He was heart broken for Shiri's father's denial . He promised Shiri that he would never come back to meet her. She should forget him. He went to London as he got an offer for a lucrative job. Their communication between them was totally disconnected.

Once Shiri's father chose someone else as her bridegroom. They went to a local community center for their wedding.

Shiri didn't know that person before who was chosen by his father . Even they didn't talk and meet with each other. Their wedding party was completed without any disturbance. But their faces were covered with clothes. They weren't allowed to see their faces. They were given two same designed wedding rings. There were no rings to no one similar to thier rings that time. Those two rings had special mark on them. It's contained two pigeons portrait. One was male pigeon that was for Shiri's Husband. And other one was female pigeon for Shiri.

"After two years you both could meet with each other. If both of you can show the same wedding rings, you could recognise that you are two exact person who were getting married ." Kazi said

Tow years had passed . But Shiri couldn't forget Farhad for a single moment though she was got married with someone else.

She was allowed to meet with her husband after two years. It's time to see each other. Shiri was eagerly waiting to meet her husband in a restaurant. Finally her husband came there. Her husband wanted to take a test from her. Because they didn't see them before.

"Do you still love your ex boy friend?" Her husband asked. " Yes" She said. "If you want you can divorce me. I am not a good wife at all."

"Show me your wedding ring". Her husband said.
Instantly she showed that.
"Now show yours one." Shiri said.

"You have passed your test". Her husband said.
"You are really honest on your affairs. I am really pleased and impressed for your outstanding honesty. If you want you could lie to me. But you didn't."

"How do you know about my ex boy friend" Shiri asked.

"I know your ex boy friend better. He told me everything. " her husband said.

"I am still confused about you. I think you are Farhad indeed. But how come? I know so far you were in London. How did you come that wedding party? You told me you will never come back." Shiri said

"Your father and my father together made that plan." Farhad said. "They didn't let you know anything . They sent me an E-mail to come for our marriage. After our marriage I went back to London without letting you know anything . Yesterday I came back to meet you again. Because our two years have been completed today."
