The Adventures of Blue Boy: With Neighbor's Parrot

Blue boy's neighbors were going on a weekend trip and asked if they could leave their quiet, and very shy, Amazon parrot, Sebastian, with them for a day or so. "By all means. We'll take good care of it," his mom assured. Soon, however, the neighbors wished they hadn't!

At first everything went well. Sebastian's cage was on a living room table and everyone, including Samy the turtle, Missy the cat, Tiffy the dog, and even the mousy was wondering why Sebastian was so quiet. Well, that didn't last too long.

First, Missy and Tiffy started bumping into the table and rocked the cage, running after each other. Then after dinner, Sebastian noticed Jackie the eagle land outside the window and then fly away after Mousy jumped on its back for a ride around the neighborhood. And then things got more weird when the parrot saw Samy come down the stairs and put on his mask that made it invisible as he raided the cake on the kitchen table, making some noise that made Blue boy's mom come to the kitchen and wonder who had made the mess on the table. After she left, Samy took off his magic mask and winked at Sebastian and he resumed eating, but was so clumsy that he fell off the kitchen counter and made a loud noise. "Ouch."

Sebastian laughed a little at Samy's cake-filled face as he started to climb up the stairs to his nest under Blue Boy's bed and that's when the three Martian balls flew by at full speed playing hide and seek behind the cage; whenever one of them was caught by the other two it emitted a red light -- that scared the poor parrot who had seen enough of all the weird stuff and began screaming "help" for the next 24 hours, until the neighbors returned and were wondering why their shy parrot was now all of a sudden a very talkative parrot?! But Blue boy somehow knew it had something to do with the household's residents.

A couple of weeks later, Sebastian had finally quieted down and the neighbors were thinking vacation again.

"Honey, do you think it's a good idea to leave Sebastian with them again?"

But before the neighbor's husband could answer they heard the parrot scream "HELP."
"Well, I guess not."
