First Sight of Love
Under a dome of silence, candles glow
So do, your eyes, and mine amalgamate
I, senseless, nearly Earth not gyrating
Words I can’t form, yet voice whisper loudly.
That hope of time could encumber its hand
In times, when each palm of ours hook up
Under an arctic spot, vows created
Within our bold hearts, bin doubt and deceit.
But there’s a word stamped to reality,
Which I, veto, and never hope to come
Let the promises carved on countless stones.
Breathe with me and don’t ever say goodbye.
‘Til the last sand falls, for you I’ll capsize
Within my soul, vows shall overawe time.
