Hallelujah
Hallelujah
God sent His Son down to earth,
He did it through Mary’s virgin birth,
He came to bring everlasting life to us, Hallelujah.
They hung Him on the cross that day,
He will arise; one could hear them say,
He will save us from our sins, Hallelujah.
Over two thousand years have come and gone,
He did not leave us here all alone,
He left The Spirit here to guide us, Hallelujah.
Jesus wants the entire world to know,
To His home in Heaven we each can go,
Only if we believe in Him, Hallelujah.
He walked on water; He calmed a stormy sea,
He promised to return for you and me,
Today we wait patiently for His return, Hallelujah.
