Broken and Soar

In the Capital City of Sakkad.
White stone shone dull,
Spires rose like gods.

I lean out an open sill,
Spine twisted and bent, my body lacking skill.

Wildest wind whispers in my ears,
Filling my thoughts. Setting motion to inner gears.

It started soft, but harder now.
Whipping voices fill my mind with thoughts so loud.
jump. Jump. JUMP! It pounds.
It promises the pain will leave without sound.

As I tumble the wind shouts and sings,
Filling up my feathered wings.
As I glide up towards the gods,
I look down at the white dull stone,
and the Capital City of Sakkad.
