Dead Fetus Returns
Dead Fetus Returns
At age twelve, I love this girl
But I am too young to be a part of her world
Then at age twenty-four, I again meet her
After moving from one place to another
So the fire of love , within my heart begins to sour
I fall in-love as a lion with high energy and a mighty roar
Now this young lady is five months pregnant and meek and mild
Then there is about to be paternity questions about the child.
About to be a father, my hopes are dashed
As this young lady, tries to terminate the pregnancy, my heart is smashed
Then, finally to the hospital, I appear
She is on a table, in a room, as I wait out there
Just two weeks later and in the middle of the night
Dead baby pays a visit, as I suffer for his plight
I am fast asleep, then slowly turn to see
Suspended at the foot of the bed, in a fetal position, eyes closed, he looks at me
With eyes totally shut, baby cries out in agony and sorrow
As I pray for the day, this child will see a brighter tomorrow
That abortion could take such a beautiful little angelic soul
Before it reaches full maturity , and his heaven is unfold
Fully awake, I am crying with much regret, for the child that is lost
For I failed to fight harder for his life, and now suffer the psychological cost
Before in his mother's womb, so comfortable and full of expectation
Then is made to suffer a terrible fate; pain, screaming and agonizing destruction.
