The Grey is Thundering

It was only white and blue in
the sky
Then the soft grey starting to
replace the white
Over the wind, the blue shooed
Sun is glad, at home relaxing
with the bright
The then-soft-grey is darker now
White and blue have given
their bow

Again, dark grey has won
Has pulled curtain on the sun
Bluffed and kicked colors to

The thunder is roaring to
Feeling sad, the rain is pouring
its cry
Darkest shade of grey,
Rambling in thundering to sing
its victory

Hi Dinda I like this poem and the metaphoric expression that you have used. This piece has an element of irony too. Nice work.

Dear Dinda, this is fantastic poetry from you. Is this for the color of sound contest.? If not, it would sure work well in that one. VERY nice!

Dear poet, Dinda I was happy last week to hear from you. but, wow! thanks a million for adding my twisted little poetic mind on your favorite list. I enjoyed the deeper side of the imagery here, glad victory will have a voice. by the way, I tried adding you on my list. Lol, red letters appeared saying you're already on my list. then I remembered of course you are, I remember you're one of the first poets who stopped by many times in the past. have a nice one-Skat
