World in Dead Season

Riot the innocent
Dirty their world until it looks as foul as your's
Muddy blood puddles from cold rainy days in virgin skin pores
And it so pours
This life won't stop until all the poor turn to whores and the rich run the business making profit from the money in their drawers
What the hell's it all for?
Continue the status quo, keep the customers in the store
The cash register's full and they still want more
Greedy fingers twitching on triggers looking to declare war
A civil genocide, Human rich vs Human poor
Another round of beautiful innocence suffocates under the veil of gore
Left to die, ashamed, on the floor
The way of the world, ingrained deep in its core
But what do I know, I'm only a dirty whore

"Another round of beautiful innocence suffocates under the veil of gore " Absolutely love that line. I've always been a fan of your dark work. Intriguing one! Always, Laura
