Way of the Spirit

There's days, my time grows older to darkness
My breath as if my last I give for peace
Patience, long waited death; time counting the ticks
To be or not, the answer to the question
Live life thou have had pleasure of its pain,
feeling the eternal thirst it beats
Soul draws weary the life preservation to exist
Our bodies decaying like corpse bury beneath
the trash hills

Have I given up or has life forsaken the dream
At young age is wish for all ending, just to escape
The unknown of my demise I want to soar
with angels
Land of beauty how my heart aches for the world
I deeply regret, I can not change what wishes
not to be changed
Does life revolve by evolution to mankind,
we destroy that belief
To make ourselves authority of knowledge even
you can not prove

Is it so hard believe egg was seed to all life
Truth be known our structure, dust of earth maggots feed apon
Love, desire not strong enough to change heart,
only one choice they choose
A reason of hope drawn from within, its depths
of darkness a light
Abandoned among the ruins charged by love
But we are only human, our spirit lead the way
Ambition for death I live as if yesterday's gone
But only in my soul do I find breath, way of the
spirit my gratitude as its servant
