The Sipping!

I'm sipping my sparkling fine wine,
And taking my succulent sipping slow;
Watching the beautiful bird, bees, and
Ants always busily beaming on the go.

Twinkling stars winking down at me,
This taste has me toasting—floating;
Gliding with grand space and time,
My horn I am still blowing—tooting.

Tonight a charming magic carpet ride,
O with rising sun I’m a happy fellow;
Darkness diminishing to calm day light,
On fluffy pillow head shall be mellow.

I'm sipping my sparkling fine wine,
And taking my succulent sipping slow!

Hi there Joseph!!!:) I'm glad to see you're back posting your work..I was sorely missing you. "fluffy pillow", sounds sorta marshmallow-ish to me...you gotta know 'that' poem made me giddy. This one..(you're always a poetical connoisseur with this sort of poetry)..gives me a craving. Have no wine here, maybe to borrow a bean off of the 'Edible One'? Probably float off on a gassy cloud of oblivion? Love you Joseph!:) Best to you and yours..God bless you all...Mikki

Joseph my friend - How are you doing - I live fairly close to Napa Valley which is renowned for its wines - I used to drive over and take the sipping tours but these days I like to keep my head clear - You brought back some fine memories though - Blessings from my family to yours always Joseph - God Bless
